Study.com is not an accredited institution. However, we have 200+ courses that have been recommended for college credit by the American Council on Education (ACE) and/or the National College Credit Recommendation Service (NCCRS). More than 2,000 colleges and university accept ACE and/or NCCRS credit recommendations, and our courses can be easily transferred to those colleges once the proctored exam is successfully passed. We suggest that you contact your school's registrar or admissions office and ask them if they accept ACE or NCCRS recommended credits. If they say yes, you should also verify that the course you're interested in taking will work for your particular situation. It never hurts to show them this information: http://www2.acenet.edu/credit/?fuseaction=browse.getOrganizationDetail&FICE=1008350 (ACE) or http://www.nationalccrs.org/organizations/studycom (NCCRS)
