Are you having challenges importing  or assigning lessons to your Google Classroom in your Study.com Teacher membership? We know that can be frustrating, but our team has put together this easy-to-follow tutorial to help you troubleshoot!


If you've received an error message, please follow the steps below to unlink your account.



  • Click on the "Connected Accounts" link highlighted in blue. Once you do this, you will be taken to this screen
  • Click the red disconnect button. All data will be preserved so you do not need to worry about losing any data or classrooms. 
  • Once disconnected, if importing, please return to your Classroom Tab and select "Import Classrooms" again or if assigning lessons, please navigate to your desired lesson and attempt to assign your lesson again.. You may see an yellow "try again" message the first time you click Import Google Classrooms, but please click it again, and you should no longer have any trouble Importing. Please note, you will need to be logged into the linked Study.com account.
