If you have completed a Study.com college course but have not received credit yet there are several possible reasons.
The course may not be complete.
Confirm that you have completed all course requirements. Study.com college courses require all chapter exams to be completed and also have some combination of projects and a final exam. You can see the specific requirements for your course in the course syllabus. If you believe you have completed the course requirements and still haven’t receivdd credit, please email support@study.com.
The course may not have received a passing score.
Students need to earn a final course grade of 70% or higher in order to receive credit for the course. If your course grade is below 70% you will not receive credit. However, retakes are allowed on chapter exams, projects, and the final exam. If your score is below 70% we encourage you to retake exams and projects to earn a passing score.
Your course may be flagged for an academic integrity violation.
Study.com takes academic integrity very seriously. The Academic Integrity Policy outlines our expectations for students, and we encourage all students to read it before starting coursework.
Study.com uses a multi-tier review process to verify academic integrity. Courses flagged for an academic integrity violation will not receive credit and will not appear on your transcript. Some of the many things we monitor include using AI or external tools to take exams or complete work and having someone other than the student completing coursework. If you have been informed of a violation and believe it to be an error, please email support@study.com.
