Check to make sure you have an up-to-date version of JavaScript, Flash, and your Cookies are all enabled. Then try logging out, and logging back into your Study.com account. Sometimes switching to another browser (Chrome or Fire Fox) or device seems to help. Please reach out to customer support if this doesn't resolve the issue you are having and we can trouble shoot it further. Screenshots, and a description of the experience you are having, are always really helpful to get started in resolving your issue.
