What is the Family Account?
The family account is a free administrative study.com account that allows for one or more paid subscriptions to be managed from that one login.
What are the management features available?
The family account holder will be able to:
1) Enroll students in courses and set goals (i.e. finish dates) for each individual paid subscription.
2) Track course progress for each student via an online dashboard as well as weekly email digests.
3) Print worksheets (lesson-level quiz questions).
4) Manage subscription levels, status (e.g. paused, canceled), and payment methods.
