Pausing your account is easy and I’m happy to walk you through the steps:

1. Log into your account here:
2. Click on the  'Membership" tab on your dashboard
3. Then click on the "Membership & Billing" button on the right-hand side of the page
4. Select "Pause Membership" on the right-hand side of the page
5. Just select this, confirm the amount of time you would like to pause, and your account will be paused. 

Once your upcoming billing date approaches, your credit card will not be charged and your access to website will be restricted. After your selected pause length has expired you will receive notification that your account is being reactivated.
